Fables and Fairy Tales Reading Program: The Exquisite Corpse Comic Challenge
In this tween and teen program at the Morales Reed Public Library, kids age 12 to 17 will take part in a group reading of the fantasy comic book anthology Elements: Fire, edited by Taneka Stotts. After a discussion of the book, we'll create a fantasy-themed comic strip using the exquisite corpse method!
An exquisite corpse involves words and images that are collectively assembled. Each collaborator will add a panel to the sequence.
